Shipping policies

In general, we ship our products using USPS using flat rate 2 day priority mail, which includes insurance and tracking information. All packages are not sent this way, but most products are. If you need signature confirmation for your package, please send an email in advance, and we will arrange that for you. We ship on the following week's Wednesday after your order has been placed.

All New Life Bahamas products/orders containing those products will begin being shipped on or approximately February 1st in the order that they have been received. If you need to update the address that the order needs to be sent to, please visit our contact us page and fill out the form with your address and contact details.

Cancellations/Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide returns. We begin to process most orders the same day that they are received. Once a package has been delivered to the courier, the package’s safety becomes the responsibility of the courier to ensure. If for any reason, your order goes missing or is damaged it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim using the tracking number that is in your email. The courier may decide to inspect any damaged box or products, and ask questions of the customer; therefore, it is best for the customer to contact USPS (or any courier) directly.

If a credit is applied to an account, it is the customer’s responsibility to redeem their code within 30 days of the credit being approved, otherwise the code will expire.
